Residents will be billed every three months in advance of the service period.  This service provides weekly solid waste collection for up to seven (7) 42-gallon containers or seven (7) 42 gallon plastic bags, every other week recycling collection, and one bulky waste item to be picked up in the first week of each month. Service is per individual residential unit for material generated from within the service address.  Each container or plastic bag cannot exceed 42 gallons in size or 40 pounds in weight.  Place your solid waste and recyclables at the curb after 6 pm the night before your scheduled collection day.  Recycling is mandatory in the City of Butler.
