City Council Meeting
City of Butler, Pennsylvania
September 6, 2016

Mayor Donaldson called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM.  Mayor Donaldson and Council members Kline, Bonus and Roche were present.

COUNCIL DISCUSSION

Mayor and Council discussed the unfunded debt loan and procedures to file application.  Cash projection will be distributed to all departments for their best estimate for the remainder of 2016.

Mayor recessed the meeting at 9:03 AM for executive session to discuss a personnel issue.  The meeting was reconvened at 9:08 AM.

COUNCIL ACTIONS

Mayor Donaldson

1. Motion to approve a Last Chance Agreement between the City of Butler and Jason Gueck. Second by CW Kline. All voted aye.

Mayor Donaldson adjourned the meeting at 9:09 AM.
