Mayor Smith called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Mayor Smith and Council members Walter, Smith, Bonus and Dandoy were present.

The purpose of this meeting was for council to receive parking systems presentations and other such business as Council members may deem appropriate.

Mayor Smith made a motion to purchase a 2020 Ford Interceptor SUV from Tri Star Motors in the amount of $33,235.00 to replace the 2018 Ford Interceptor SUV that was taken out of service due to a collision.  Net cost $5,792.00 ($33,235.00 less $27,443.00 for the damaged vehicle).  Costars Contract #013-146.  Second by CM Bonus.  All voted aye.

City of Butler Parking System Presentations

Parking Manager, Jim Chipprean introduced the presenters and a little overview about the City’s needs for parking.

Ed Kincase and Sean Renn from Flowbird Group presented first.

Jim Cardiello and Mark Berling from IPS Group presented second.

John Icandela and Matthew Lazowski from PANGO presented last.

Mr. Chipprean thanked everyone for their time and their presentations.
