Mayor Smith called the meeting to order at 10:31 AM.  Mayor Smith and Council members Walter, Smith, Bonus and Dandoy were present.

The meeting recessed at 10:32 AM for an executive session to discuss personnel issues.  Meeting reconvened at 10:56 AM.

The purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss the City of Butler’s 2022 Budget.  There was discussion concerning some changes to be made to the initial 2022 budget prior to the first reading.   The city clerk was directed to incorporate the changes discussed during the meeting.

Mayor Smith adjourned the meeting at 12:19 PM.
